Washington County Local is a website highlighting locally owned businesses in and around Washington County, Oregon for the purpose of promoting and supporting local businesses in our community. Washington County Local is operated by Wolff & Co ("we," "us," or "our").

With Participating Businesses (Raffles): When you enter a raffle sponsored by a local business, we share your email address and, if you win, your name with that business. The business may use your email to send promotional communications (you can unsubscribe from their emails at any time).
For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.

Raffles and Giveaways
If you enter or win a raffle from a local business:
- We will share your email address with the sponsoring business
- If you win, we will share your first and last name so they know to expect you to redeem the prize
- We may feature your name and photo on our website and social media
- The business may send you promotional emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
We do not share any other personal information with businesses beyond what is necessary for raffle fulfillment.
Email List
When you subscribe to the Washington County Local mailing list:
- We will never sell your email address to anyone
- We will never share your contact information with third parties for their marketing purposes
- The only exception is when you enter raffles (as described above)
- You may request to have your email address removed from the mailing list at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us directly

- Raffle Participants: We retain raffle participant information for 90 days after the raffle ends for winner selection, notification, and featuring winners on our site.
